Public Health Alert:

Please be aware CDC data is indicating Union County is at a high community level of COVID-19 disease activity. This mirrors what is being seen in many other Ohio counties and across the US.  CDC guidance at this level of transmission includes:

  • Wear a mask indoors in public
  • Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines. COVID-19 booster shots are available at many retail pharmacies. The Union County Health Department provides COVID-19 vaccinations by appointment. Please call (937) 642-2053.
  • Get tested if you have symptoms. You can pick up home test kits at the Union County Health Department from 8a-4p. Please call (937) 642-2053 when you arrive for curbside pick-up if you have symptoms or have known exposure. Reserve a kit online at https://unioncountycovid.org/testing/.
  • Additional precautions may be needed for people at high risk for severe illness

Now and throughout the upcoming respiratory illness season, please remember to stay home if you are sick.
