We have a limited number of additional COVID-19 vaccine available for our 80 and older population. Only persons age 80 and older are eligible for this vaccine.
We will have a clinic by appointment only for persons age 80 and older tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 22. We will start taking appointments for tomorrow’s clinic at 2pm today (Jan. 21). To make an appointment, go to www.uchdclinic.org or call our office at (937) 642-2053 starting at 2pm today. Again, the appointment scheduler will not be open until 2pm today. Appointments will be booked on a first come, first serve basis. Once appointments are full, the scheduler will close. A new scheduler will open up next week for persons age 75 and older.
